We're not a hotel — but Touria, our housekeeper, and the Atlas Views team look after you before, during and after your stay, with WhatsApp assistance around the clock. Here is what we can arrange, and our favourite things to do around Marrakech.

Personal welcome
Touria greets you at the apartment, shows you around and hands over the keys whenever she is available. Arriving late? Just tell us — the security team will guide you and the keys can be left ready for you behind the door.

Breakfast in your apartment
Tea, coffee, orange juice, msemen, baghrir, crêpes, croissants, eggs, yoghurt, honey and jam — served by Touria, who tidies the kitchen afterwards. Order the day before, ideally before 6 pm; Touria can adapt it to your preferences where possible.

Home-cooked meals
Touria can prepare a Moroccan lunch or dinner in your apartment on request — tajine, couscous, salads. Tell us the day before and we confirm the menu and price with you.

Airport transfer
A private van (up to 6 people with luggage) waits for you at the terminal exit, near the car park, with your name. Send us your flight number, airline, departure city and arrival time. No night surcharge.

Private driver & taxis
Trips to the Medina, Guéliz, the train station, golf courses, restaurants or full-day excursions with a trusted driver. Taxis and ride-hailing apps also come to your door.

Extra housekeeping
Light refresh (120 MAD) or full clean (200 MAD) during your stay, with a change of linen and towels. Book the day before; Touria can come while you are out if you leave her the keys.

Three pools
Two large pools and a children's pool, open 8 am – 8 pm. Free sun loungers and parasols — just give your apartment number to the pool attendant. Lifeguards from June to September, roughly 10 am – 7 pm. Pools are not heated; the large pool closes Mondays and the second pool Tuesdays for cleaning.

FAQ
Questions about services
Can I have breakfast every morning?
Yes. Breakfast is 85 MAD per person, served in your apartment by Touria. Order it the day before, ideally before 6 pm, and tell us about any dietary preferences.
How do I book the airport transfer?
Send us your flight number, airline, departure city, arrival time and number of travellers on WhatsApp. The transfer is 250 MAD per way in a private van for up to 6 people; the driver waits at the terminal exit with your name.
Do you organise excursions?
We recommend and book with trusted local partners: Agafay desert, Ourika and the Atlas, Ouzoud, Essaouira, hot-air balloon, quad, cooking classes and more. Prices are confirmed with the provider before you commit.
Is housekeeping included?
Your apartment is prepared before arrival. Extra cleaning during the stay is available on request (light refresh 120 MAD, full clean 200 MAD), including fresh linen and towels. Book it the day before.
Can you fill the fridge before we arrive?
Yes. Send us your shopping list at least 4 hours before your arrival and Touria does the shopping; you pay the cost of the groceries.
