A home in Marrakech, not a hotel room
Atlas Views is a small collection of three independent apartments inside the Atlas Golf Resort, a gated residence bordering the Annakhil palm grove. Each apartment is yours alone: a traditional Moroccan double lounge with "sedari" banquettes, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny terrace and, for two of them, a private rooftop.
Outside your door: lush gardens, olive trees, three swimming pools, a playground and sports courts, and a security team on duty around the clock. Touria, our housekeeper, welcomes you on arrival whenever she is available (otherwise the security team guides you), and our WhatsApp concierge answers day and night.

The place was extremely clean, the owner very friendly, we stayed for one night but it was incredibly quiet, in front of olive trees, and Atlas Mountains view from the nicest terrace I've been.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. It had everything our small family needed and was the perfect place to relax with our 11-month-old twins. The apartment is located within a beautiful residential complex.
Honestly just about every possible aspect you could think of was good, staff was truly superb. Location is great if you like to be distant from everything, it's also gated with security. Great amenities and facilities. Truly great value.

The Atlas Golf Resort sits on the north-east side of Marrakech near Dar Tounsi, bordering the Annakhil palm grove. Taxis and ride-hailing apps come right up to your door, so the Medina, Guéliz and the airport are all a short drive away — and you come home to silence.

Good to know before you book
Is Atlas Views a hotel?
No. Atlas Views is three private, self-catering apartments in a residential resort. There is no reception desk or staff on site around the clock, but Touria, our housekeeper, welcomes you when she is available, the residence security team is there 24 hours a day, and our WhatsApp assistance answers at any hour.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, usually until 8:00 pm; a later arrival is possible if you let us know in advance. Check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in is free when the apartment is ready; late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability.
What do I need for check-in?
A photo of an ID document for each adult, which you can send in advance through our online check-in link, plus an ID to show at the residence gate. We send your detailed arrival instructions about two days before you arrive.
How far is the Medina?
About 20 minutes by car. Taxis can enter the residence and drop you at your door; we can also arrange a private driver.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is optional, served in your apartment by Touria for 85 MAD per person. Order the day before, ideally before 6 pm.
Is there an airport transfer?
Yes — a private van for up to 6 people at 250 MAD per way, with no night surcharge. Send us your flight number and the driver will be waiting at the terminal exit with your name.
Are the pools open all year?
The pools are open daily from 8 am to 8 pm and are not heated. The large pool closes on Mondays and the second pool on Tuesdays for cleaning. Lifeguards are present in summer; children remain under their parents' supervision.
Is the residence child-friendly?
Very. Children's pool, playground, football and basketball courts, wide car-free paths for strollers, and 24/7 security. A baby cot and an extra floor mattress are available on request. There is no high chair.
Is there a lift?
No. All three apartments are on the first floor, about 15 steps up.
Can I invite friends over or host a party?
No. Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not allowed, and quiet hours run from 8 pm to 8 am. The maximum occupancy of each apartment always applies.
